  • Must 18 years or older
  • Clear criminal history check
  • Proof of HS diploma or GED
  • Certificate of completion for 60 hours classroom
  • A negative TB test result or chest x-ray
  • Immunization record
  • Black scrubs for all classroom and clinical training
